Ab Attack – North Branch

A 45 minute intensive class targeting core strength and flexibility using a variety of techniques.

Barbell Strong – South Branch

Start your day by toning your muscles with presses, squats, curls, and lifts.  Don’t miss this great 60 minutes barbell workout!

Cardio Dance Fitness (REFIT) – North and South Branch

A combination of REFIT and Zumba. Come sweat, dance, and laugh using positive music with a fitness focus.

Cardio Pump – North and South Branch

A variety of cardio and strength training segments designed for optimum heart and muscle conditioning.

Cycle Route 66 – North Branch

45 minutes of lower, easy pace cycling that works for all ages. Cycle to retro hits from the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s.

Cycle Sculpt – North and South Branch

55 minutes of group cycling with weights for resistance training to sculpt and tone. This class is at a higher intensity than our Cycle Route 66 class.

Evening Yoga – North and South Branch

Unwind after a long day at work or school with this evening Yoga session. Reduce stress, improve strength, and increase range of movement.

Functional Yoga – North and South Branch

This class will help you develop strength and aid in injury prevention. The focus of this class is to restore the body to a highly functional level by exploring proper alignment and movement patterns that become a template for all physical activity.

Function Restore Yoga – North and South Branch

Based on the principle of Functional Yog, this Function Restore class is designed specifically for those with limited mobility.

Pilates – South Branch

Basic Pilates methods will be used to strengthen your “powerhouse” or core muscles, along with upper and lower body while improving posture.

Pump 30 – South Branch

An energizing 30 minutes of lifts, pulls, and presses to create a full body strength workout.

R.I.P.P.E.D. – North and South Branch

A full body, high intensity class focusing on strength, agility, and endurance training.

Total Body Circuit – North and South Branch

A 30 minute mix of TRX and circuit training to build endurance and strengthen muscles. This class is body weight exercises only.

Senior Fitness – North and South Branch

Exercises designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and daily function. Participants will use a variety of equipment including a chair for seated and standing support.

Senior Yoga Stretch – North and South Branch

This is a low impact chair yoga class. There is no floor work involved.

SilverSneakers Classic – North and South Branch

Increase muscle strength and range of movement for daily living. This class will use chairs, resistance bands, hand weights, and SilverSneakers balls.

Yin Yoga – North Branch

A series of exercises focusing on stretching the connective tissues, holding postures for 3-5 minutes, allowing a greater movement of Chi throughout the tissues, which is both pleasurable and promotes healing.

YogaFit – North and South Branch

This is a user friendly fitness Yoga which incorporates balance, flexibility, and strength, as well as reduces stress.

Yoga / Pilates Combo – North Branch

A combination of Yoga postures and stretches followed by core Pilates work. The class will finish with Yoga stretches and relaxation.
