Get your morning sweat on with 30 minutes of Cycle X-Treme combined with 30 minutes of TRX training for an all out crazy total body workout!

TRX Suspension Training 2,3

A workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform exercises – you simply adjust you position and add or decrease resistance. Develops strength , balance, flexibility and core stability – FAST and EFFECTIVE

Line Dance (North Branch)

Barbell Strong (South Branch)

A group barbell class that tones your muscles through strengthening exercises such as presses, squats, curls, and lifts.

HIIT It (South Branch)

High intensity interval training. Great for endurance and toning.

Ab Attack (North Branch)

30 Minutes of core work concentrating on abdominals and obliques to keep you “summer fit!”

30 minute of resistance and weight training using dumbbells, tubes, bands, and bars targeting arms, shoulders, chest, back and core tone, sculpt and strengthen.

Lunch Fit Yoga

Here’s a 30 minute lunch time Yoga class for healthy stretching, strength, and stress reduction which might just fit your busy schedule… Try it out!

Pilates 1,2,3

Basic pilates methods will be introduced for sculpting ling, lean muscles. Working your “powerhouse” or center core muscles will firm abdominals, hips, buns, and thighs and improve strength and posture.

Yoga/Pilates Combo

This is a combination of yoga postures and stretches followed by core abdominal pilates work and finishing with yoga stretches and relaxation. You get core strength and toning along with yoga flexibility and power all in one great class.

Yoga Fit 1,2

This is a user friendly fitness yoga which incorporates balance, flexibility, and strength as well as stress reduction.

Yin Yoga 1,2,3

A series of exercises focusing on stretching the connective tissues, holding postures for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing a greater movement of Chi throughout the tissues which is both pleasurable and promotes healing.

Cycle – Sculpt (South Branch)

Combining the best of two workouts! We will be using group cycling for cardio results and weights for resistance training to sculpt and tone specific body areas. Don’t miss your chance at taking the workout that burns calories, builds strength and makes the time fly by! Limit 10 per class.
